Upon making a reservation, a deposit is required. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All reservations, unless otherwise specified, will necessitate a deposit, which will be clearly indicated along with any applicable monthly payment arrangements. Kindly be advised that we retain the right to cancel your booking should full payment not be received by designated final payment date.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a natural disaster or a state of emergency, partial payments and deposits may be eligible for transfer to a future date as relevant.
Instances of disruptive, violent, or offensive behavior may result in the removal of guests from group activities. Depending on the severity of the offense, additional charges for non-group arrangements or expulsion from your group could be applicable.

This policy has been established due to our contractual commitments with hotels, airlines, and other vendors, which regrettably prevent us from obtaining refunds.
